Job Title: Business Development Executive – IT Services (Commission-Based)

We are seeking a highly motivated, result-driven, and experienced Business Development Executive – IT Services to join our dynamic team on a commission-based model. This is a performance-driven opportunity with monthly delivery commitments. If targets are achieved, the candidate will receive a fixed bonus along with commission; otherwise, compensation will be commission-only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate qualified leads and close deals for services in:

    • Mobile App Development

    • .NET Development

    • IT Infrastructure / Server / System Administration

  • Identify new business opportunities through online platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, etc.

  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly performance targets.

  • Understand client requirements, coordinate with the internal technical team (5+ developers), and deliver tailored proposals.

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

  • Provide accurate forecasting and performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in online B2B marketing and IT services business development.

  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms and tools used to acquire IT-related projects.

  • Experience working with and securing projects for technical teams of 5+ developers.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, commitment to targets, and ability to work independently.

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about sales and business growth.
